On December 15 a little bit of the LEGOLAND magic was brought to the
hospitalized children at Kolding Hospital, when finally they could explore their
new playroom, which has been established with a view to making their stay at the
hospital a little more fun.

Adventure at the King’s Castle
Just as in LEGOLAND, the playroom has been themed. So the children might as
well dress up in green capes and draw the sword, for the playroom is straight out
of a true fairytale with an exciting castle, a hollow tree, good hiding places and
inspiring LEGO experiences.
- Merlin Entertainments’ special charity – Merlin’s Magic Wand – has been set up
to provide magical experiences to children who are not able to visit LEGOLAND.
The playroom is fantastic, inasmuch as it is a piece of LEGOLAND, and we hope it
will give the hospitalized children a much needed respite, says Henrik Höhrmann,
