GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE ADMISSION TO OTHER EUROPEAN ATTRACTIONS OF THE MERLIN ENTERTAINMENTS GROUP – EXCLUDING GREAT BRITAIN
Please read these General Terms and Conditions for Free Admission to other European Attractions of the Merlin Entertainments Group – excluding Great Britain (hereinafter "Conditions") carefully before using the relevant benefit included in your LEGOLAND® Billund EXTREME season pass subscription.

LEGOLAND® Billund is part of the Merlin Entertainments Limited Group (hereinafter also referred to as "Merlin").
APPLICATION
In the event of purchase from October 7th, 2025 of 1 (one) or more LEGOLAND® Billund EXTREME season passes (hereinafter also “LEGOLAND® Billund EXTREME season pass” or "Pass") valid until December 31st, 2026, it is possible to take advantage of the benefit ("Benefit") relating to free access to the European attractions (Great Britain excluded) of the Merlin group specified in detail below ("Attractions", "Merlin Attractions"), during the calendar year 2026, in the manner described in these Terms.
The Benefit does not apply to Passes purchased before October 7th, 2025.
The use of the Benefit is always subject to the opening calendar of the individual Merlin Attractions, as well as compliance with the general regulations of these Attractions. Therefore, each Pass holder (“Pass Holder”) is invited to consult the official websites of each Attraction, carefully read the regulations contained therein, and check the relevant opening days and hours.
HOW TO USE THE BENEFIT
The Benefit can be used at the Attractions listed below, and in the ways described below, depending on the Merlin Attraction chosen:
LEGOLAND® Deutschland
Type of benefit: the Pass Holder is entitled to 1 (one) free visit of 2 (two) consecutive days during the calendar year 2026, until December 31st, 2026, subject to the park’s opening calendar.
How to redeem the free admission ticket: The Pass Holder should go to the information office, located at the park entrance, with the Pass and a valid ID. The park staff will verify the Pass and issue 1 (one) free admission ticket for 2 (two) consecutive days. No advance reservation required.
Note: Each Pass Holder must bring their own LEGOLAND® Billund EXTREME season pass and a valid ID.
Heide Park
Type of benefit: the Pass Holder is entitled to 1 (one) free visit of 2 (two) consecutive days during the calendar year 2026, until December 31st, 2026, subject to the park’s opening calendar.
How to redeem the free admission ticket: the Pass Holder should go to the turnstiles at the park entrance, with the Pass and a valid ID. The park staff will check the Pass and manually open the turnstiles, registering the Pass so that it can be used again and exclusively the following day to guarantee the application of free admission to 2 (two) consecutive days. No advance reservation required.
Note: Each Pass Holder must bring their own LEGOLAND® Billund EXTREME season pass and a valid ID.
Gardaland
Type of benefit: the Pass Holder is entitled to 1 (one) free visit of 2 (two) consecutive days during the calendar year 2026, until December 31st, 2026, subject to the park’s opening calendar.
How to redeem the free admission ticket: the Pass Holder should go to the “Castello / Info Point” at the park main entrance with the Pass and a valid ID. The park staff will verify the Pass and issue 1 (one) free admission ticket for 2 (two) consecutive days. No advance reservation required.
Note: Each Pass Holder must bring their own LEGOLAND® Billund EXTREME season pass and a valid ID.
EU Gateway Attractions*
Type of benefit: the Pass Holder is entitled to 1 (one) single daily admission to each Gateway Attraction listed below, during the calendar year 2026, until December 31st, 2026, as better specified below, subject to the opening calendar of each Attraction.
How to redeem the free admission ticket: the Pass Holder should alternatively go to the ticket office or the "Info Point" located at the entrance of each Attraction, with the Pass and a valid ID. The Attraction staff will verify the Pass and issue 1 (one) single free daily admission ticket. No advance reservation required.
Note: Each Pass Holder must bring their own LEGOLAND® Billund EXTREME season pass and a valid ID.

EXCLUSIONS
All Attractions not mentioned in the list above are excluded from the application of the Benefit.
All other benefits included in the LEGOLAND® Billund EXTREME season pass (including, but not limited to, parking, discounts, hotel discounts, and friend tickets) do not apply to other Merlin Attractions.
Passes purchased after October 31st, 2026, will not guarantee free access to the LEGO®/ LEGOLAND® Discovery Centres.
FORCE MAJEURE
The list of Attractions above may be subject to change due to force majeure not attributable to LEGOLAND® Billund and/or the other Merlin Attractions.
In addition, in the event of force majeure events not attributable to LEGOLAND® Billund and/or the other Merlin Attractions, access to the above-mentioned Attractions, as well as the use or methods of use of the benefit, may be subject to changes or limitations.
DATA PROTECTION
LEGOLAND® Billund and the Merlin Group collect and process the Pass Holder's personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing the Benefit purchased, pursuant to the contract concluded with their Pass Holders. For information regarding the processing of the Pass Holder's personal data, please consult the Privacy Policy published on the LEGOLAND® Billund website, as well as the Privacy Policy published on the Merlin website.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PASS HOLDER
The Pass Holder undertakes to diligently keep their Pass in digital format and to show it to the operators of each Merlin Attraction included in the Benefit, in order to ensure the verification of the Pass itself and the issuance of the free admission ticket.
If you do not show your Pass, as well as your valid identity document, at the individual Attractions, as described above, you will not be allowed to use the Benefit.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROHIBITIONS
The Pass and its benefits, including the Benefit governed by these Conditions, are valid only if used by the Holder expressly indicated on the Pass itself.
The same Pass and its benefits, therefore, cannot be used by more than one person.
Please note that the Pass (including the specific benefits contained therein) is personal and cannot be transferred to any other person. In the event of irregular or fraudulent use – e.g., transfer to third parties, even if family members – LEGOLAND® Billund and/or the other Merlin Attractions listed above reserve the right to withdraw the Pass and prohibit the Pass holder from accessing the various Attractions for the entire season.
LEGOLAND® Billund and/or the other Merlin Attractions also reserve the right to withdraw the Pass, as well as all the benefits connected to it, in the event of incorrect, harassing, or dangerous behaviour by the holder of the Pass within their facilities. Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous point, LEGOLAND® Billund and/or the other Merlin Attractions reserve, at their sole discretion, the right to deny access to their facilities for subsequent seasons and therefore to deny the possibility of re-subscribing to those who have engaged in or have attempted to engage in fraudulent conduct to the detriment of LEGOLAND® Billund and/or the other Merlin Attractions, as well as dangerous behaviour that is not in line with the regulations published on its official websites.
In the event of withdrawal of the Pass, in the event of the occurrence of the episodes described above, it will not be possible to proceed again with the purchase of the same admission ticket. In any case, each Pass is verified by the access control system present at the entrance to the Attractions and in the event that, at any time, a subscription in the name of a previously blocked person is detected, or in the event that the customer manages to proceed with the purchase by fraudulently circumventing the booking system, it will not be possible for the latter to use the access ticket, nor request any type of refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All figurative and non-figurative trademarks, including the "LEGOLAND® Billund" “LEGOLAND®” and “LEGO®” trademark, as well as the "Merlin" trademarks and the trademarks of the other Attractions, images, illustrations, logos and any other content on the Passes, on the LEGOLAND® Billund website, where these Conditions are published, on the websites of the other Attractions and on the Merlin group website, are the exclusive property of LEGOLAND® Billund, LEGO®, the other Merlin Attractions, the Merlin Group itself and/or the respective owners of the intellectual property rights on the same.
The reproduction, in whole or in part, modification or use of such trademarks, illustrations, images and logos, or any other content, for any reason and by any means, without the express written authorisation of LEGOLAND® Billund, LEGO®, the other Merlin Attractions, the Merlin group itself and/or the respective holders of the intellectual property rights thereto is strictly prohibited.
GENERAL CLAUSES
Partial disability
If one or more provisions of these Terms are declared invalid or ineffective due to a change in the law or following a ruling by a competent court, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
The fact that one of the Parties does not assert against the other a breach of any of the obligations contained in these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of the performance of the obligation in question for the future.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Danish law. Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, execution or termination of these Terms shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the Court at Kolding in the first instance, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
