Terms and Conditions for LEGOLAND® Billund Short Break Gift Vouchers

LEGOLAND® Billund Short Break Gift Vouchers ("Gift Vouchers") are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Gift Voucher cannot be used after the expiry date. Gift Vouchers are issued by LEGOLAND® Billund and may only be redeemed with LEGOLAND® Billund. Gift Vouchers may only be used for the purchase of Short Breaks at LEGOLAND® Billund Resort ("the Attraction"). Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online at the payment stage of the booking process for a Short Break via the LEGOLAND® Billund Resort booking website: https://www.legoland.dk/en/bookings/ The website can also be used to check accommodation availability. Bookings are subject to accommodation availability and the opening dates of both the accommodation and the Attraction. Attraction opening hours can be found at: https://www.legoland.dk/en/plan-your-day/pre-visit/opening-hours/ Early booking is recommended. LEGOLAND® Billund shall not be held responsible if your preferred accommodation is unavailable on your preferred dates. Gift Vouchers may only be used as full or part payment for a Short Break or for any upgrades and extras purchased as part of a Short Break booking. Gift Vouchers cannot be used in shops or restaurants at the Attraction, to purchase standalone Attraction day tickets, to purchase additional Gift Vouchers, or for any other purpose. All Short Break bookings are subject to the applicable Short Break Terms and Conditions. Where all or part of a refund-eligible reservation has been paid for using a Gift Voucher, the refunded value will be issued as a new Gift Voucher equal to the amount redeemed. Gift Vouchers are issued in fixed denominations. If the full value of a Gift Voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance may still be used, subject to the original expiry date. LEGOLAND® Billund provides no additional warranties in relation to Gift Vouchers beyond those required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If a Gift Voucher does not function properly, the customer's sole remedy, and Merlin's sole liability, shall be replacement of the Gift Voucher or reissuance of the remaining value of the Gift Voucher. By purchasing a Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All Short Break bookings are subject to the applicable terms and conditions set by the Attraction, including the Attraction's Terms and Conditions of Entry. No. Gift vouchers are available in specific value denominations – however, should the entire value of the Gift Voucher not be used in one transaction, the remaining balance will still be available to use, subject to the same original expiration date.

They’re valid for one whole year from the date of purchase, so you have plenty of time to plan your getaway. Just a little note: the vouchers can’t be used or extended after their expiration date.
