Fastrack does not include theme park entry. Admission tickets will need to be purchased separately.

Fastrack tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or replaced if lost. Due to the flexible nature of the ticket, no refund will be given if some of the listed rides or attractions are unavailable. Valid scans remain valid for the rides or attractions that continue to operate.

A Fastrack package is a ticket with a fixed number of valid scans (3, 6, or unlimited), which can be used on a specific day and on a predetermined selection of rides. Each time you use a ride through the Fastrack queue, one scan is deducted. Fastrack tickets must be used by one guest and cannot be shared between multiple guests.

1. Chest, height, and age restrictions apply on all rides and attractions. Please ensure you are aware of these prior to purchasing a Fastrack ticket

3. Attractions with Fastrack access may be removed, added, or amended at any time

2. A Fastrack package is a ticket with a set amount of use validities which can be used on a pre-determined selection of attractions. Each attraction ridden removes one validity
3. All attraction uses must be utilised on the date stated on the ticket
4. Fastrack package tickets must be used by one guest, and cannot be shared between guests
5. Rides and attractions remain subject to availability, due to the flexible nature of the ticket, refunds will not be issued if any of the attractions listed are unavailable. Usage validity will remain valid for the attractions which remain operational
6. If a specified ride is closed, and you have purchased a package for that date, the rate will not be subject to discount, nor will it be eligible for refund as it does not affect the ability to use all validities on the ticket on other listed attractions

1. Fastrack Gold does not include park admission
2. Fastrack Gold is for one guest only and cannot be transferred between guests or passed to other guests at the park
3. Guests using Fastrack Gold may be required to show a valid ID to verify that they are the sole user of the ticket
4. Fastrack Gold can only be used on the date on the ticket
5. If a paper ticket is issues and becomes wet or damaged, please speak to a member of staff at the Information Desk who can assist. You must show proof of purchase prior to any re-print
6. Fastrack Gold is valid on all Fastrack attractions on your day of visit. Additional paid attractions are not included in this ticket
