We hereby ask for your consent that we may use the photos and footage, which we take of you and your children, for articles/marketing of the LEGOLAND® parks, which are part of Merlin Entertainments plc. This means that LEGOLAND ApS at any time – free of charge – may use the photos and video footage for marketing purposes in, for example, press releases, brochures, on social media and other communication materials in an unlimited scope and edition.
The processing of your personal data will be handled in accordance with regulations of the Danish Data Protection Act.

Who has access to your data?
LEGOLAND ApS is part of Merlin Entertainments plc ("we", "us", "our"), and we store this consent declaration and the personal data, which you enter herein, as well as the photo materials that are a result of the footage, to which you give your consent. We will share your data with LEGO Group and Hasbro.
With whom do we share it?
Photo materials and footage are stored and used by LEGOLAND ApS, the LEGO Group and Hasbro. The materials will be used in relation to the LEGOLAND parks. We share your consent declaration with the relevant departments in Merlin Entertainment plc, among other things in order to be able to respond to which information we have about you in the event that you want to be informed about this, or if you wish to have your data deleted.
Withdrawal of consent
You may at any time withdraw your consent by written notification to LEGOLAND ApS. A withdrawal shall not affect the use of photos and video footage that have been taken of you prior to your withdrawal. In the event of a withdrawal of your consent, we will, however, commit ourselves to remove photos and video footage of you as soon as possible. On the digital media this will take place immediately after the withdrawal, while already printed and distributed material cannot be withdrawn. As far as printed but not yet released material is concerned, we will delete photos and video footage of you, unless it will entail unreasonable costs for LEGOLAND.
For how long time will we keep your personal information?
We will store this consent declaration and photo materials until you withdraw your consent or 1 year after having ceased using the materials. We store your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the above purposes.
